On produce – when scanned this QR Code morphs into a really well designed, mobile friendly web site about the Banana Grower, recipes and information about the nutritional values of the world’s favorite yellow, skinny fruit.

As the picture shows there were 3 QR Codes on this package of fresh baby cucumbers, all led the scanner to some creative ways to use

“cukes” in salads, as finger food snacks with a nice dip and in stir fries.

The land of the Golden Arches, had QR Codes printed on their tray liners. Scanning brought

the viewer to a movie “trailer” of a new comedy web series from a writer of the TV hit

“The Office”.

Tim Hortons has been using QR Codes now for some time. The codes on the

Nutrition Guides pictured to the left take the viewer to the mobile friendly

web site seen below. Well done Tim!
